It's OK. I am not a fan of the jars so I like something you can squeeze. I just think the product is pricey. I'm already 80% through it and I just got it not long ago.

Could be better.
Well the first thing is you have too many pop-ups for discounts off when you're trying to look at your products. Why do I have to give you my email to move forward in your website. You have way too many products. I would scale it down to your most effective sellers because the skin quiz is also not helping make decisions. Your ingredients need to be more out front and you need to talk about the smell of your products because that was the biggest issue for me I like everything except the smell. And I felt bad about sending everything back so on top of a bad experience that I get to also feel guilty about wasting everything my time your time the product having to send it back the whole thing was a complete waste of time if you just would have talked about the smell or gotten back to my email in a timely fashion. Or pulled the order until you could address my concerns. I just felt it was a failure after failure after failure and the worst part is is you have a good product it's just doesn't smell good.
