Have used 4 times, feels good, not sure noticed a difference.. it’s ok

I bought some of this back in July and absolutely loved it. It smells delicious and you can see all of the little cherry pieces mixed in. It’s gentle enough on my sensitive skin but I still see results. I bought another one this past week and it smells sort of like plastic and doesn’t have barely any cherry pieces in it. I’m not sure if it’s just a batch difference or what, but I contacted Naturopathica and they said the formula didn’t change. Hoping this is just a one off...

I do love the NP products and have been purchasing for awhile. I did recently however try a new product during the quarantine that left me w breakouts. I put down the product forcawhile then tried it again and same thing. After reaching out to customer service I was told they couldn’t do anything since it was over 30 days. As a repeat customer and with the quarantine I guess I expected a bit more. At any rate, I’d stay away from the Vitamin K eye serum...

Too many emails are annoying. But I won't buy the products unless they are on sale - because they are ridiculously priced. Love the products, just not the price are the hundreds of emails you send. That's how you lose customers -and force them to unsubscribe.
