Delayed shipping plus faulty product arrived, cap does not close the way it’s supposed to so fragrance is always open

So far not so good. I emailed Friday and still no response from your team. Just automated emails.

Shipping was fast customer service great only issue is I received the wrong item twice making it hard to trust this site
