My package was lost and although it wasn't their fault. I waited 2 weeks and called multiple times, but they were slow to give me a resolution. I wasn't offered a discount for a future purchase either.

Poor, slow shipping with terrible customer service.
I placed 2 orders on January 26. Today is February 21. I just received 1 order. I wrote to customer service. Their response have no specifics. Really not thrilled with the performance from this company.
