Slow shipping and no transparency

The shipping process its way too slow

I received this perfume (Joe Malone Myrrh & Tonga NOT in its’ original package. the bottle was wrapped in paper and placed inside of a larger box, although it was the same type box. this was a gift and I felt cheapened by this replacement package without at lease being told.

One order came in a timely manner, the other still hasn’t arrived and it’s been over a month.
