I have to press 5 times to turn the toothbrush off. like I have to go through all of the settings and modes each time I brush. the brush itself is HUGE. MASSIVE. and then returning is ridiculous. you have to buy the label yourself.

I ordered 3 tubes of original mint at a cost of $25 per tube. I have been using Supersmile for many years, always 4. 2 0z for $25. When it arrived the tubes had been reduced to 3. 4 oz, nearly a third less. When I complained I was told they were making this size to be convenient for travel. Okay so reduce the price to match the amount! I sent them back and ordered from a reputable company, got 4. 2 oz for $25. If supersmile is only going to manufacture a reduced size there are other companies to switch to. It is arrogant to think your consumers are stupid!
