Not working

My biggest complaint is that the 7oz tube is less than half full! Because the measure as a Dry Ounce, as opposed to a wet fluid ounce like all toothpaste is. Their packaging even says Fl.oz. But it’s not! It’s done buy weight (dry ounce), not volume, (Fluid ounce). How dumb is this company not to know the basics? Tube is less than half full, and company said that is “Normal”. Also, I mistakenly ordered the wrong original mint flavor (YUK!) and I need to spend money to send it back to get the correct flavor. So Overall, better to buy on eBay or Amazon!!!!

I’m super pissed off that Supersmile sold me 7oz of Extra Whitening Toothpaste that expires in 2 months for $55 plus another $10 for shipping. And that bonus of throwing in buy one get 1 free? Great. Now I have 14 oz of Extra Whitening Toothpaste that expires in 2 months — all for the bargain price of $65. Worse, when I caught Supersmile in the act they KNEW all of this product is about to expire because it is discontinued…. Supersmile should have said “oops, our bad…. hey, listen, keep the product and please accept our apologies as we should not have been selling 14 oz of almost expired toothpaste to you for $65. we hope you’ll come back to our site in future as a happy loyal customer once our new toothpaste product is released. ” But no…. Supermile told me I have to waste more time and effort to actually ship almost expired - and opened! - toothpaste back! Is that really the best use of Supersmile’s return shipping $$ or my time? I highly doubt it. Let me know if Supersmile would like to change its mind on requiring the return of almost expired and opened toothpaste that should never have been sold to me in the first place as a condition for returning my $65. ceriksson_sf@protonmail.com
