I received the wrong size for one of my pairs of underwear in my order, the return process was super easy using their return portal, and the staff was very helpful. I have used other brands of period underwear, but this is my first order with Saalt. I am almost looking forward to my next cycle so I can try these items out! They look and feel really nice, and the colors are pretty.

I’ve been a Saalt user for years. I have loved the soft cup, but suddenly became sensitive to the suction, so I decided to try the small disc instead. It was incredibly comfortable but felt a bit too small for my anatomy. Saalt’s amazing customer service troubleshooted with me and is sending a free replacement to try the regular size. I’m confident it’ll be a good fit, but the wonderful customer service alone is refreshing and I can tell they stand by their product.
