My first choice Saalt product was a cup. I fell HARD for this product. I loved not having to buy tampons every month, not needing to worry about TSS, only having to change twice a day, and not contributing so much waste by way of tampons each month. However, I just could NOT get the cup to sit in a position where I didn’t know it was there. It was always slightly uncomfortable and sometimes (usually during exercise) it became really uncomfortable. After 4 cycles I was pretty confident I needed to try the disc. I reached out to the Saalt team fully expecting there to be a catch with the bliss guarantee (which is partially why I chose Saalt in the first place- because I had no idea how to choose a product). I was met with full support and willingness to get me the right product for my body. No judgement, no pushback, just genuine help. I’m on day 3 of my first cycle with the disc and I can’t believe how comfortable it is. I’m so glad I didn’t give up!

Paalckaging is beautiful and sturdy. The Saalt regular disc feels soft and high quality. Also it looks beautiful. The notch is very useful for removal, it makes it a lot easier and quicker. The disc sometimes rotates but the notch has always stayed in reach for me (just have to feel around a bit more). The Saalt customer service is also amazing, they helped me with advice on sizing and offered me a smaller size replacement. I am more than satisfied with Saalt and would recommend them to anyone!

My all time favorite period products. I’ve been using their underwear for years and they have never let me down. Even on heavy days, they truly are leakproof. I had an issue with a new pair and they immediately sent me a new one, 10/10 customer service!!

I absolutely love my Saalt products! I have been using the cups and I can’t wait to start using the discs! Also their customer service team is AMAZING!
