The package I received (via Amazon) was busted so I reached out with an inquiry to try and determine if the order appeared normal or was mishandled or tampered with. The customer service response was extremely speedy - I was surprised by the turnaround time and it clearly answered my questions in a compassionate and succinct way. Thank you to Lauren Berry as your message was clear and concise and provided me information I did not know about the bags that can be ordered! They are so cute! So I was sad when I didn't see them and it worried me. I know my concern was minor, however the response was very reassuring and made me excited to try saalt. Good, quick, customer service is a sign of a well oiled machine.
