I initially tried the disc, not for me. I never felt comfortable with it, I reached out to the team and after some trouble shooting I got the cup and it works great for me! I’m an active trathlete and it worked in the pool, on my runs, and biking!!! Never felt a thing, didn’t leak and with some practice emptying I’ve gotten better!
