When i first received my steamer, it was defective. The custumer service was super helpful. They sent another steamer my way at no extra fees. I love this menstrual cup steamer. It is super easy to use and it has really simplified my life. I wish i would have gotten this sooner. I highly recommend this product and this company.

I bought the disc and the steamer and I like using it since it takes away some of the hassle of the "usual" period products. I had bought a different disc from another brand before, but I definitely noticed a difference to the Saalt disc, which at least for me performed a lot better. I had a problem with my disc and the customer service helped me (very patiently) to solve it.
