I am not sure of how this product works. My daughter is using the sleep product and thinks it works great! I started using the relief as well as the mind and body, but don't notice anything (other than my cheek has begun a strange twitching, so I've stopped using to see if it's related or just a coincidence) I can report back later if it goes away.

I cannot tell a difference.

No one responded to my concern.

Good product, but there are constantly billing and administrative issues
