So I had high hopes for this product based on the ‘glowing reviews’. After using it for a few months, I have to say I am quite underwhelmed. This product has done nothing for me in terms of helping to calm me down so that I can sleep better. Furthermore, I now feel like I am developing some kind of allergic reaction. After taking the product, keeping it under my tongue for a few minutes as suggested before swallowing, I am beginning to feel a real drying effect in the back of my throat followed by an incessant need to cough for quite a while. This is partially alleviated by drinking water but has now happened about 3 times which alarms me . I am hoping to get a refund for this product. thank you.
