I love your product but several times I have had problems with the website and been unable to complete my purchase. It has taken several days to receive a response each time. You should respond in hours, not days.

I sent a question asking if plant people offered a military discount. I have not heard back.

Plant People products are outstanding. I paid extra to have my product shipped in 3-5 working days. The products should have been here no later than a Friday but did not arrive until the following Monday. I reached out to the company about this. In my mind the reply was not too concerned with my satisfaction but was rather curt. I love the products though, and so will order again.

I found it difficult to receive assistance from your customer service area. Your website is not friendly.
