I was told I would get a refund, but have not heard back about getting it?

Hi I adore your products. I didn’t receive one of the products I paid for and contacted you the day I opened the box (last Monday) I received an immediate response, but no resolution and I still haven’t received the product I ordered.

Still waiting to hear why UPS is taking 5 business day days for delivery (really 7 days with the weekend) when I could have just went with free USPS and had my product by now.

I have used the product before and like i but this time the shipping was very late and I recieved no notifications or updates. It was very frustrating. I ended up sending a note to customer service who let me know it had been lost the first time.

It has been 9 days since my order shipped. Tracking still says a label was created and is still waiting a product to ship. I did contact customer service 3 days ago. I received a lovely email suggesting that tracking had not been updated. However, 9 days later, I still do not have my order.
