Still waiting to hear back

I originally provided the wrong email when I ordered so I sent a message and heard back from Torrence, and then I provided my correct email - but have still not received the confirmation of order and tracking number to this email

Exceptional customer service

I was having an issue with my order and every one who I came in contact with at Plant People were incredibly helpful and if I needed to be transferred to someone else I was done so in a way to help me get to the right person versus just trying to pass me off to someone else. I truly appreciate the extra step they take to make sure I had a good experience

Amazing service!

Thank you so much for your help! The point is that my shipment was stolen by someone or the postman messed up a mail box. Anyway I haven’t received my order.
