I emailed PlantPeople over an issue I had with a dropper seal leaking which resulted in me losing the entire remainder of the bottles contents and destroying a bag. I emailed more or less to ask if this was a known issue or just something that happened.
Within the first response I received, I was told that I would have a new bottle, replacing the one I lost sent to me. Didn't have to ask, didn't have to complain, it was the initial offer, a generous one but one that was extremely appreciated. Within 48 hours of that initial response from PlantPeople, I had the bottle in hand.
It is beyond encouraging to know that the customer service matches that of an incredible product that has helped me tremendously! You had a customer for life, now you have one that won't shut up about how great you are to all his friends!
