Sadly, a very poor (non-existent) customer service experience has completely dampened my overall brand experience with anatomē.
I complained about the quality of this product twice via email, and via Instagram, and received no response from anatomē.
This diffuser was 100% not labelled correctly. I purchased two other lavender products which smelt really lovely. This diffuser smelt like baby powder. It was a really overpowering scent, and not at all nice. I tried to persevere, thinking it might just settle over time, but ended up throwing it in the bin.
Whilst the product itself was disappointing, it’s nothing compared to the complete silence from the team at anatomē, who evidently couldn’t care less beyond the point of sale.
I’ve struggled to find a customer service email address or any link on the website to contact anyone. Their “live chat” function is nothing more than automated replies.
We were huge advocates of the anatomē brand and ethos, but this experience has completely shifted my opinions.
