It has been really disappointing

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD. I HAD AN ACCOUNT AND A SUBSCRIPTION WITH THEM AND FOR SOME REASON THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT SO THAT I WAS UNABLE TO ACCESS IT. I EMAILED MANY TIMES TO ASK FOR ACCESS AND TO ALSO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION BUT RECEIVED NO REPLY. THEY THEN CONTINUED TO SEND THE PRODUCT AND TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WHICH LEFT ME IN FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. I MANAGED TO REACH SOMEONE EVENTUALLY VIA SOCIAL MEDIA WHO SAID HE WOULD LOOK INTO IT AND THEN GHOSTED ME, I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT AND WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE MONEY FOR ITEMS YOU DON'T WANT!

Bad experience

Love the product but I had to pay an import fee of $54.00 which wasn’t shown when I checked out. I got a nice email from Judy Forsyth explaining that the $54 charge was unusual but still my responsibility. While I like your product, it’s not worth the $54 charge (which was about 1/2 the cost of my order). So basically I got screwed and yeah not happy. Unlikely I will shop with Anatome again. It’s unfortunate because I am a 66 yr old male that is very loyal once I find product that I like. I first bought you product in London years ago. I was very excited when I placed my order and then became more and more disappointed with each tracking email with the hung-up in customs message followed by notes on the front door from UPS demanding payment. It was not a good experience. I am sorry to leave you but I believe that you will agree that my leaving is not without cause. Good luck.

AFTER OVER THREE WEEKS, MY PACKAGE HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED.
