Products not as expected

There was a delay in the delivery of het order. I did receive a notification shortly after placing the order that it was on its way. When a week later I queried the order which had still not been delivered. I received the message that there had been delays in sending the order (so not the fault of DPD) so the original message was misleading. I also did not receive the candle which was part of the order. When I then queried that I was told that Anatome had run out and provided something else instead. Just really disappointing.

Delivery issues!

I signed up to a regular subscriptions despite an e-mail saying it was being issued, it has not arrived. I have raised with the company but so far no response.

One day i could pick up free sames i wanted and the next week it dissappeared
