I love Sarah Chapman but my order was weeks late and I found it hard to get in contact with customer service and when I did I was told they would contact me again and never did. The order was a gift and I got 3-5 day delivery 📦. I love the products but had such a bad service it’s sad

None of the three Powerlifts I was sent would work. There is a design flaw so that the battery and sponge inside of the capsule do not connect.

I found the website really great to use with good advice and was excited to receive my products. Unfortunately they never reached me. I asked for next day delivery and a week on no items were received. Whilst your customer care team was helpful, I had to get a refund and buy elsewhere. Look into changing your couriers- such a shame!!

After using both the daytime and nighttime products for a few weeks now I haven’t noticed any difference. For the price that these are I was expecting something good to happen, but all it seems to have done is given me chin spots. Not what I was hopeing for. This product seems to work for a lot of people which is great! And it smells nice - floral. But unforntuently it didn’t for me. My skin type is dry, but normal on chin.

I dont understand all the great reviews this has, when for me, not only didnt the product remove my eyeshadow easily, it didnt budge my NON Waterproof mascaras (By Terry, Daliah, Lancome, Chantecaille) without having to really rub my eye area AND it made my eyes sting and water serverly! Cant say it grows my lashes either as i lost alot of them trying to get my mascara off. Very disappointed in my first SC product and it will probably be my last now after this experience
