This completely ruined the skin that i finally got comfortable with. It left me with dark patches and dull ashy looking skin in literally 5 days. I bought this to feel good and to give myself the glow that people say this product gives and i'm left looking patchy, dull and ashy. Was quite an expensive product too so it's monet down the drain for me with this. I'll also have to pay to get treatments done to undo the damage this overnight facial has done and I hope they can resolve it soon as it's my sons wedding in 3 weeks and i'm left looking the worst state of me. Very disappointed and heartbroken.

The cream is absolutely amazing but the packaging/pot is a disaster. It broke after 10 days use and now it is absolutely impossible to get the cream out of the pot - have even considered taking a hacksaw to the container! I find it very poor that cream that costs £98 comes I such bad packaging - GET IT CHANGED! I note that this is not the first review to make this point. Apologies about the one star review as the cream is incredible but it is no use having an amazing cream in a useless container

I had to send back the first tub because I couldn't get the product out of the dispenser, too hard to push down. This was replaced. With the second one, the whole top flew off every time I tried to use it and again, I couldn't release any product. I have never known such appallingly badly designed packaging and am very disappointed. I tried to open the pot with a screwdriver but that didn't work either. A terrible waste of time and money. I have loved Sarah Chapman products but am now deeply disappointed. Why spend so much money on such faulty packaging, especially when we are all trying to use less plastic....This needs addressing urgently.

Very very disappointed as night cream pot broke, I have sent a message but received no reply so poor customer service to go with product.
