I canceled, but still received another package!
What does it take to cancel my account, and stop getting charged for a product I do NOT want? I told Geologie to cancel my account when they sent the first package, and I returned it to them.
Now, a month or two later, I received an email stating that my package is on its way! I immediately responded that I didn’t want it, and demanded that my account be canceled for the second time!
Make sure you get confirmation that your account has been canceled, and that there are no future shipments coming!
