Could not do want I wanted to do
Couldn't update my subscription. The website made near impossible to do so. Actually, it made it impossible for I did up my subscription.

Packages literally delivered after the next series is charged. Also the product damages my skin.
And finally, actually the most useless support staff. They don't appear to actually read any messages, instead repeatedly ignoring everything except their script.
Will be charging back via PayPal.
