Website is extremely slow and glitchy, when signing into the Site it will not load. My account section is complicated to navigate to find simple links(tracking info, order info..etc.). No email updates on orders and tracking number does not work (DHL shipping sucks), also unknown duties may apply due to DHL international which is not noted when ordering. For my first time ordering off the website I am extremely disappointed, besides the rawbeautykristi internet shut down, it has continued to disappoint me in terms of their website and order updates. Waiting now for the package (been 2 weeks) but I’m sure based on the videos I’ve watch it will be worth the wait !

The whole experience has been horrendous, purchasing was a nightmare, the website is one of the worst I’ve ever used including school project ones. Shipping it hasn’t arrived yet and your website for the tracking link doesn’t work and the customer service has been next to useless. Product hasn’t arrived yet to review

Used shade matching tool but shade I received was way too light.

Bought the raw beauty Kristi palette which took 10 hours to purchase despite getting through to checkout multiple times as they miscalculated the traffic on the website. Secondly, it has been over a week and I still have not received my package that seems to just be sitting at the border. First time ordering from our and last time, the service from beginning to still not the end has been abysmal
