If I could give 0 stars I would. Shopping experience was horrible, contacted customer service and never received a reply at all; has been over a week and still nothing.

Not happy with purchase. The product was used and they never sent me a replacement of the used concealer. I can not believe i got used product direct from the manufacturer. Handled poorly.

Did not receive last order or any notice of delivery. Never had problems on past orders, but won't order by mail again.
