I do not understand why products are never restocked. Your advertising the kristi raw palette and i cant purchase it. You keep sending me emails advertising it bit it can nkt be purchased. So stop sending emails advertising products if you can not purchase them.

Bulky package with “vanity lights” that don’t work. Zero pigmentations!

I ordered during the rawbeautykristi collab release which was terrible. The website was just a whole mess. It took like 12 hours to actually be able to place my order. But this is just my opinion of this one experience which I know was an exception

I came to this website because we wanted to support Raw Beauty Kristi. To say that the launch was an absolute disaster is an understatement. I spent most of the day trying to load and then reload, and I can't tell you how many times I would get to the checkout phase only to be booted out. I was then put in a queue and after over 15hrs, finally got to order the palette. It still hasn't arrived yet.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The shopping experience was awful, my product never shipped, and your customer service is absolutely horrific. I was lied to, insulted, and had to do a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.
