Color looked right on site. When i got my foundation is was so much darker then it looked on site.

I can’t review it because I haven’t received it and I ordered it a month ago!!! Never shopping here again!!! Your customer service was no help at all !!!

It’s been almost 3 weeks since I ordered and still don’t have my order

Made my order on the 3rd of January, it’s the 21st and I haven’t received an email confirming my order has shipped. I love the products I ordered but I can’t give a good review at the moment

I ordered my product in November 20 and have still not received it. The tracking number and link I received did not work and did not allow me to track my shipment. I called customer service to enquire and they were not able to track my package either. I was told because of COVID everything was taking longer, but other items I’ve ordered and had shipped internationally after this order have long since arrived. They offered to look into it further and re-send me an email with the shipping and tracking info and 5 days later the email still hasn’t come. Disappointing.
