Good Products, Bad Customer Service
I love Pur products and have been using their pressed mineral foundation for years. However, this was the first time I have ever ordered their products online. First, they didn't send me a tracking number with my order. Then, when it finally arrived, the box and the makeup inside it was very damaged. I contacted customer service and they said they were unable to ship me a replacement because I was an international customer (from Canada). Instead, they reimbursed me only $20, when I originally paid $59 for the makeup that came damaged and is unusable. Unfortunately, I will no longer be ordering products from Pur online.
