Had trouble ordering on website. I called in a phone order and it was handled.

I’m not very happy with my experience. The first order came in a box with no bubble wrap and was very broken. The second was sent in a bubble mailer and my product box was destroyed but the product survived. Then I go to finally use it and nothing comes out! It’s just air no product.. I’m so disappointed but over it all at this point.. at least it’s cute

I preordered the Rawbeautykristi palette in late July to arrive in Sep. It never arrived. I contacted customer service via email & phone and was told I would get a replacement in Sep. I called again early Nov and customer service stated there was no record of my call. Once I sent my screenshot with the date and time of my call then they found I was guaranteed a replacement 2 months prior and finally got sent a replacement.

Placed my order 18 days ago and received the confirmation of order (100211724 ) that stated another email would come with shipping notification. I have not received that notice or the order? VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I waited 15 hrs for Kristis palette which was fine. However you sent me an email saying it had been sent out and 6 days later you actually sent it out. That is by far the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. I have my own YouTube channel and order makeup daily. I don’t want to heat the excuse it’s because of COVID.
