The site was easy to navigate. I wanted a long lasting lipstick & while I love the applicator is a tad difficult to pull it pulls off excess lipstick. Great idea!! However, the lipstick doesn't last to long. I like the color & a choice of being matte or glossy. I would definitely recommend & purchase it again. Quick shipping aswell.

The products are good but customer service was awful

I love pur cosmetics 4 in 1 pressed powder. Shipment tracking did not work, not great. 4 of the products I ordered did not have a very good expiry date of July 2021 not even a year, seemed like leftovers they were trying to get rid of. The other 14 items had good expiry of a year at least. So I was not too happy about that...

I love my Pur foundation, but find it very difficult to get the shade right, I've now tried 4 different ones. I wish they were named, not using the numbers, I find that confusing.
