I was one of the people trying to order the RawBeautyKristi palette and I understand that that kind of traffic wasn’t expected. Coming back later with the queue was great and from what I heard the restock went really smoothly.

Very happy with my purchases so far, really like the gloss and I can't wait to try the lashes as I've never worn them before, all in all a very nice, easy site to navigate and the products are good quality for the price.

The sending and the reception of the parcel was fast, although I am out of us (France) Blush and bronzer powders are fine and apply wonderfully. They give a healthy glow. I am satisfied with these products.

I tried to order the RBK palette and the website crashed. I was finally successful!! The company made it right with a discount code for future purchases, and free product. I LOVE this palette. I haven’t bought Pur stuff since they were Pur Minerals, but I’m definitely going to buy more eyeshadow if they’re ALL this good. It has a TON of pigment, no fallout, very little kickback, and the packaging is sleek and minimalist.

The only problem with this palette was the launch. Past that the palette took more than 2 weeks to get to me, but thats on USPS. This is my first PUR item and I cannot wait to tryout other products in the future! The pigments are amazing, and they blend soooo well. The fallout can be much but nothing awful! I also love love LOVE the eye liner y'all sent with the order. It is so beyond appreciated and y'all did great!!
