The palette is amazing hence the 5 stars but the purchase experience was an absolute joke! Shipping was crazy and took ages to even be sent out. Shame it was such a horrible experience as Kristie and the palette are both stunning!

despite the issues using the site during the rawbeautykristi launch, this was hugely made up for by the fast delivery, free eyeliner and 25% off code. The team were also very attentive on social media during the launch which was the main contributing factor as to why i continued trying to order. Overall a great team, im really satisfied with my package and the quality of the items

Even though they had issues with the website the day of the launch. I am 100% satisfied with the palette! I haven’t liked a palette in a while! The package also came with a eyeliner which is amazing - I’ve never used this brand before! And I’ve had zero issues with service.
