I really love Pur's interaction with their customers. I ordered from them a few times and I have never been disappointed with the amount of customer service that I have received. On my last order I received a lipstick that broke the first time I used it and without even questioning me or anything, they sent me a new one no problem. I've had this problem with other companies and when you reach out to their customer service you literally never hear from them again.
