This is by far the best foundation I have tried. It covers nicely without feeling heavy or dry. There are so many shades and I didn't have any problem matching my skin tone using PUR's online suggestions. I won't ever go back to my old favorite.

Easy to use, blends well.

Recently, I purchased the PUR x RawBeautyKristi palette. FedEx claimed they had delivered my package, but when I checked, no package. I found the customer service email on the website (there is also a phone number, but I am often short on time) and let them know about the situation. They shipped me a replacement palette that I received about 4/5 days later. They used USPS the second time around, and they put the package in my mailbox. The shades in the palette are beautiful and very easy to blend! 10/10 on the customer service, 10/10 on the palette, just 10/10.

speedy shipping, solid packaging. The green tone in the primer isn't great - won't be ordering it again, but I still love their other primers.
