absolutely perfect. of the 2 mental cups i’ve used this one has been perfect for me. i have a low cervix and a diva cup model 0 is too long. but the size 1 of the lunette is perfect. it’s got a sturdy but not too firm build. the rings on the bottom edge of the cup are perfect for removal. absolutely love it
