WOW! Lunette is the best purchase I made in 2020. I've been wanting to get a menstrual cup for ages but was nervous about the whole process. Before Christmas, I finally went ahead and purchased a Lunette after taking Put A Cup In It's menstrual cup quiz. My flow is generally light to medium, and I usually have strong cramps on my first day. Not only did I have almost zero leaking on my first and heaviest day, the cup also helped reduce my cramps. It took me a few tries to properly place the cup, but once it was in, I barely noticed it and it truly lasted for 12 hours without leaking. (You do have to get really, really comfortable with your body. I mean...really comfortable.) Lunette's instructions were somewhat helpful, but I'd recommend doing your own research. There are so many ways to fold the cup, and I found the website Put A Cup In It to be the most helpful when I realized the c-fold wasn't working for me. I would recommend Lunette to any person with a period. It's a great replacement for pads and tampons, and gives you a better understanding of your body and period. It may take you a while, but using Lunette really can transform your period. I also bought the cup cleanser, which was great for cleaning my cup. It helped me feel a bit more secure in my cup's sanitation. Since you only need to use a pea-sized dollop for each wash, the cleanser should last you a while too.
