Acknowledgment goes a long way
I understand you're a new company, you probably don't have many people able to respond to emails, but it took weeks for a reply. Confirmation of receipt and estimated time to respond would really help manage customer expectations. People may lose faith in a product or company if it appears customer service or satisfaction isn't important to you. I love the product, but I'm a little nervous should something to wrong as the turnaround time for responses would cause a bit of stress....which is the opposite of what your product is there to do! 😊
