You tried, but a poor experience
After walking through a lot of troubleshooting steps, the team finally had me send in my malfunctioning device. I had to follow up to get the promised replacement (or repair? not sure) actually sent to me. On my 2nd use, the replacement device stopped working again in the same way: it turned on, but would not vibrate. I loved the Sensate when it worked, and the service team tried to be helpful, but ultimately I won't use Sensate again because sadly the product is unreliable, especially for something at its price point.
