Sensate

Customer care is sluggish and barely existent. Product is a placebo effect based junk. I am only glad I got my money back quickly.

i enjoy my sensate but would like to be able to listen to more sophisticated sounds and Neurofeedback studies, have given and shown plenty of choices one could listen too. please make more choices available . thanks

The device works for me just fine! Shipping was rough...

Not sure what has recently happened but downloaded sessions are taking between 3-5 minutes to activate and for the Sensate to work. The Sensate will regularly switch off during this process and I have to restart it to finish the process. On occasion I have had to do this 2 or 3 times to get the session to start, I’ve updated the app, downloaded the newest versions, forgot the device and reconnected. A great product but staring at a phone screen for five minutes every night before using it to help me sleep is counter productive

I seem to get headaches after using the device.
