I did receive a first response that included a question, but I have heard nothing back to my reply to that question, I sent the reply before Christmas.

Overpromising and slow

It took almost two months to deliver. Customer service kept saying it will arrive in the next few days. At the same time I keep getting Sensate ads on Instagram. Don't you have enough orders to fulfill already? Super weird.

Appalling

Still haven't been given a usable code for my Sensate device. Your offer to exchange information sharing for a free Sensate is a Total Scam. Your "customer happiness" team have had multiple opportunities to resolve this. Instead they have been obstructive and useless.

Criminally slow and falsely dumb customer service

Worse customer service ever, it takes weeks to get an answer to your emails… if they even answer. Arranging the return took months, clearly hoping I’d give up so they can keep stealing money from their customers.
