Good product but an amateur company.
This product is really good for a chronically stressed vagus nerve. Full stop. They position themselves badly saying that it's a meditation device and get the wrong understanding from people. But this device actually help healing stress.
However, I didn't risk keeping the product longer than the 30-day return period. Why?
.The product took 45 days to arrive. No heads up, Sensate was completely passive informing about the status. Once the money is in, their only focus is on getting you to promote their product for them.
.I was asked to pay the importing fees of the product, to get reimbursed later. The legal responsibility of importing it became 100% mine and I had no idea if I was paying the taxes for the right class of product. Unprofessional.
.The product stopped working after 10 days because of an app update they made. The whole community went crazy and they didn't do anything actively. If you shout, you get help.
.Returning the product was another saga. I didn't get ANY response from customer service on how to return my product. The only thing that worked was talking to them via direct message on Instagram.
In a nutshell, the (pricey) product was not worth the headaches that I had. Unfortunately this is a case of a good product on the hands of an amateur company.
