I have not really had luck getting the Cefaly product from reducing the number of migraines I get per month (over 15). Occasionally, if I catch it in time, I have been able to get it to stop a migraine from developing, but definitely not always.

Not effective device. Poor customer support.

First Coach read off a script and could not answer my questions. Second coach who thought she was supposed to call me was able to answer questions and did try to help. She suggested that since I had to stabilize the increasing stimulus immediately and then experienced intolerable stinging, that this would not work for me. Would not recommend this device.

It has not helped, although your CS agents were helpful
