Shipping was fine. Product overpriced and now not working properly after 5 months so I wouldn’t recommend.

I have been using Cefaly for just over a month. So far I am not seeing any improvement. I had scheduled a coaching call, receiving a confirmation email, verified that my phone number was correct, yet no one called me at the scheduled time.

Box was really banged up and the pads don't fit in the case with the product.

I upgraded my Cefaly: Pros - being able to see the charge - being able to see the treatment intensity Cons - the button sucks and oftentimes starts an acute when I’m doing prevent - the app sucks, when the acute false starts I have to answer all the questions just to delete the log and start all over again - the app sucks and sometimes records a session and sometimes doesn’t (I’m glad I am not relying on CeCe for my migraine records) My wish - that you could control the start and stop of programs from the app My question- the device seems more powerful that before, I can barely tolerate 30% Conclusion- I use the Cefaly because it’s relaxing before bed and a lot of migraine preventions don’t work for me.

The pads are only sticky through the 3rd use now.
