The connected product should not be on the market yet; the app is beyond terrible and totally useless; the user experience is not thought through starting with needing a new login for the app. The only reason I'm giving it an extra star is that the core device works pretty well - although could be greatly improved too.

Unit didn’t work for me. Return for a refund.

Not impressed. This device causes almost as much pain as I was already in. I was truly desperately grasping the arms of the chair even with the device turned down. Not sure I’m ready to try this again.
