Tried to trouble shoot my problems over the phone; it took way too much time and in the end the problem was not solved. I suspect it is either the device or the app but unfortunately, I don't have the time to spend right now trying to debug either. I've tried to submit problems reports via email.

Customer service was unimpressive. They were unable to cancel an errant order 5 minutes after it was placed. Because of this, I ended up paying for shipping twice.

Hypoallergenic electrodes are better than

Hypoallergenic electrodes are better than normal ones. Too bad the packaging that contains them does not fit in the protective box of the cefaly... However, this is a minor problem. A more annoying thing is that my cefaly sometimes has "bugs" and sends "unexpected and powerful discharges" which are really painful and force me to interrupt the session...
