Shipping was prompt, customer service is generic...they brag that you can turn into your flexible spending ..there's no information what the product so no reason for insurance to reimburse..

I think the process to order the machine was very simple from the website, the website seems a little to use a friendly and simple, which actually threw me off to think that it is a scam website, but it was completely legitimate. Once the order is placed, we don’t really find out about the tracking number, and when it is going to be delivered, which makes it really unpredictable for the buyer however, the machine comes really well packaged, and the case is a very good design for the product.

There is no good way

There is no good way to control the intensity of the device. My daughter was in tears because the intensity turned up way too high on the second use. This device is not exactly easy to use and I can't imagine trying to work it with a headache.

Terrible UI. I wish I

Terrible UI. I wish I could use an app for the settings. Even though I have used Cefaly for many years, it’s still difficult to press the button perfectly once or twice and the little beep Im supposed to hear is difficult to hear, impossible if there’s some other noise in my nearness. The length of the programs was better on my old Cefaly, 60 minutes for acute mode is just too much. My old Cefaly didn’t cause the electrode to slowly get off the skin as this new small Cefaly does. When the electrode isn’t attached properly, it hurts. The basic function of Cefaly is good, but you could do so much more to make it easier to use it.
