Shipped more quickly than I expected, all parts intact, simple to use. Not thrilled with CeCe as it's not tracking my sessions, but it could also be my phone. Customer service was pleasant but not helpful.

The company was great. They promised a prompt refund if it didn't work, and they performed. Very disappointed that it didn't work for me.

Product and supplies are easy to obtain. Customer Service is helpful when needed.

I've have the Cefaly Dual and have been using the preventative mode daily for 5 months. (The acute setting is too intense to use when I have a migraine and doesn't alleviate the pain.) The preventative mode has not reduced the frequency of my migraines, but it does reduce/help prevent tension headaches that tended to occur in between migraine episodes. It's also a great way to relax and help me fall asleep when used before bed or a nap.
