Good, informative and interesting site. However headline deals for Black Friday misleading as only few deals had 40% off, others just 10% off. I therefore went back to Elemis for my neck cream as they had much better discounts. Trinny please note you lose clients this way.

Delivery was two weeks late. Customer Service to chase up, was poor - it materialised after the parcel finally turned up! I was given a ‘free delivery’ code off my next order as a goodwill gesture!! Not impressed at all, which is a shame, as the cream eyeshadows are lovely, albeit a little crumbly when applying, which drops onto your cheeks. But the colours are beautiful and have good staying power! The Just Joyous lipstick is absolutely gorgeous though - 5 Stars for that!!
